Activemerchant 2.5 runs on Java 1.3. ActiveMerchant 3.1 runs on Java 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 and will be continue to be available from mpi.gpayments.com until March 2006. ActiveMerchant 3.2 runs on improved Java 1.4 and 1.5 (also known as Java 5) platforms. Java 1.3 is being officially retired by Sun at the end of March 2006. Support for Java 1.3 has been discontinued in version 3.2.
