What are the socials for accompanying persons?
Social Programs for Accompanying Persons: We provide an interesting two-day agenda for people who accompany conference attendees, at a small daily cost. There is a separate theme for each day so the accompanying person may attend one or both days. Lunch and transportation are provided. A preliminary schedule is provided on Page 42 in this book. Accompanying persons and family members are welcome at the technical sessions and the various social functions related to the conferences and short courses. There are additional charges for the social functions. Other Things to Do: There are tennis courts, golf courses, swimming pools, theme parks, jogging trails, nature parks, and other recreational activities in the area.
