What are the social networking aspects of the site?
The new rage on today’s Web 2.0 is social networking. At startup time, this site does not yet directly support the kind of living-person-to-living-person friendship kind of networking, but may in the future. Instead, it is first focused on the needs of those who wish to help compile professional-quality genealogy and family history data. However, this system does support a deeper kind of social networking, potentially allowing a person to know who all of his living 10th cousins might be, which could total hundreds of thousands of people.
