Shipping and Handling Purchases totaling $50 and less have a standard flat rate handling charge of $9.95. Purchases totaling $50-200 have a standard flat rate handling charge of $14.95. Purchases totalling over $200 cost $19.95. Shipping on an injection kit costs $24.95 per kit. These rates include free Ground shipping within the continental U.S. Boost Juice shipping is charged per case and costs $19.95 each. International shipping is offered on a quoted basis.
