What are the smaller houses behind each apartment building?
Good question. One of Heritage Grove`s most unique features is our “Two Building” concept. The “Two Building” concept provides two buildings to each residential situation. This means that there is a residential building that houses 48 students and a separate, PRIVATE clubhouse for the exclusive use of the adjacent residential building*. At ALL other student communities, the community clubhouse is shared by every resident in the community, which in some cases can be as many as 1550 people! At Heritage Grove, you will share you clubhouse with only 48 other residents. Therefore, the likelihood of you being able to use your clubhouse is much higher. Go to our “Community Info” page and click on the architectural rendering in the right-hand corner for a better view of this unique concept. *In some cases, the clubhouse has been reserved, exclusively, for a fraternity organization.
