What are the Small Business Purchasing Program Eligibility requirements?
Massachusetts defines a small business as a business entity, including all of its affiliates combined, which: • currently employs a combined total of 50 or fewer full-time equivalents (FTEs); • is independently owned and operated; • has been in business for at least one year; • has gross revenues of $15 million or less, based on a three-year average; • is organized/registered to do business in Massachusetts; and, • has its principal place of business in Massachusetts.
