Pitching In slowpitch softball, the pitcher must deliver the ball underhanded. The ball must then have an arc of no less than six feet and no more than 12 feet. Time Frame Softball, unlike baseball, consists of only seven innings. Furthermore, unless the score is tied, the game will stop after 50 minutes. Base Stealing Unlike baseball and fastpitch softball, there is absolutely no base stealing in slowpitch softball.
