What are the sizes of the single lots?
Lot sizes vary widely in Leytham to accommodate a very wide range of house types and styles. The smallest carriage house lots are 30′ wide by 50′ deep. Row house and live/work lots are from 22′ to 36′ wide. Cottage lots range from 28′ to 48 wide. Mid range houses will be build on Garden, Village and Park lots that vary from 49′ to 72′ wide. The largest homes in Leytham will be built on Boulevard and Manor lots, some of which are over 120′ wide. There are many choices of lot and housing unit sizes.
