WHAT ARE THE SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MASLOW AND HERZBERGS MOTIVATIONAL THEORY?

I think the main difference is honestly their belief on what motivates people. Maslow believed that certain factors motivated people to do certain things better or at all, while Herzberg believed that these certain factors did not motivate people, rather they were simply factors that are in our life and the absence of them makes us dissatisfied.
