What are the Signs of Percocet Addiction?
Percocet is a narcotic drug prescribed to patients by doctors for the management of mild to moderate post-operative pain. The medication, which is comprised of a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen, is part of the opioid family of drugs and as such, it is highly addictive. One of the first signs that you or a loved one may be developing a Percocet addiction is taking more of the medication than what is prescribed by the doctor.
