What are the signs a girl likes a boy but is pretending not to?
A girl pretending not to like a boy who she really likes is when she’s almost being overly cold, she’s trying TOO hard not to show any emotions. So the result is, she might ignore you completely at times, answer in short sentences, not look you in the eye, but you can still feel that there is a tension between the two of you. She may try to glance at you when she thinks you’re not watching her, but when you turn around she puts on that neutral face to hide her emotions.
Honestly, this isn’t an easy question to answer because it is different to every girl. For some girls, they might look over at you often and quite possibly look away when you look over. They might start to talk to their friends right away, but it is hard to tell if they’re saying good or bad things. If you hear them laugh when they talk and you hear it’s about you, odds are, they’re just being jerks. There are also a few girls that will pick on or bully guys they like, but not many girls are like that. They mainly will look at you occasionally and smile at times when you look over. If you see them smile in a sweet way, even if it’s only for a second, odds are they are interested, or want to get to know you better. Check to see if she blushes if her friends ask if she likes you, if she does, then she is most likely interested. If it turns out she doesn’t like you, don’t worry, it’s her loss.
