WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF TEMODAR?
• I had a benign meningioma removed in March, 2002. Are there any medications that I shoud not take? I have allergies, and cannot seem to get a response from my physician(s). One doctor told me I should not take decongestants. I am not on any other medications. • Are low grade fevers, nightsweats, hot flashes, and opthalmic migraines a sign of GBM when nothing else has been diagnosed. Would only GBM be associated with low grade fever or any kind of tumor? • Since my father (54 years old) has been diagnosed a low-grade astrocytoma, grade I, I have been searching everywhere for an answer to my question. All I know is that a low-grade astrocytoma, grade I, gives you a survival chance of 10-15 years (he had surgery, but nothing was removed due to the characteristics and location of the tumor; right side, end of frontal lobe going back towards the part that controls your movements on the left-hand side).
