Aleve Cold & Sinus was well tolerated in clinical studies. Some of the side effects that may occur include: dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia, and headache. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, or have had serious side effects from other pain relievers/fever reducers then you must consult your physician prior to using Aleve Cold & Sinus.
