What are the SID Assesments?
A. – The Suburban Improvement District (SID) owns and maintains the two golf courses, the seven lakes, the two receation centers, many park, and the fire department. It receives some of its funds from use fees and the balance from an annual assessment it levies against each lot. The assessment averages $135.00 per lot per year. There is no increase in the assessment anticipated at this time.
