What are the shipping options?
Items have individual shipping costs which are automatically added into the total. Bella Bambino ships non-furniture items via UPS Ground within the continental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). You may request a faster UPS method; however, this may increase the shipping cost. All items with free shipping are shipped UPS Ground; if you request a faster UPS method, the shipping cost will be added to your total.
A. Options and shipping pricing will be shown at checkout. We recommend two day Priority to assure freshness and allow you at least 5 day refrigerated shelf life. Air shipping /Overnight shipping will normally take at least 2 days since our product are baked and shipped fresh takes 1 day and shipped the next.
There are two options: “Pickup (Will Call)” and “Standard Flat Rate Shipping”. If you choose “Standard Flat Rate Shipping”, we will send the tickets to you by USPS First-Class mail. If you choose “Pickup (Will Call)”, you can pick up the tickets on the event day with your order confirmation. After Jan 21, we will only accept “Pickup (Will Call)” option.
You can create multiple shipping address after you are logged in. On the top menu, click on “My Account” -> “View/Edit Account” -> “Shipping Address”. When you checkout the items in your shopping cart, you can select the address that you want your order to ship to. You can also add a new shipping address by clicking the “Add New Address” button. Generally we are now offering 2 types of shipping: HKPost – Air Mail, HKPost – EMS Speed Post. Air Mail service is available for all countries or areas, and takes about 5 to 14 days to reach you. There is no online tracking of the package, with optional insurance. Understandably, slight delay may be caused by different factors such as custom. Your patience is greatly appreciated. EMS Speedpost service is available for most countries. This is the shipping method that we recommend. A. You may choose ground shipping which takes 2 to 4 business days depending on destination. This is assuming that your arrangement is shipped from our location that is closest to your destination zip code. When you place an order on line, your order is automatically routed to the shop closest to the destination zip code. We have locations scattered around the entire continental U.S. No ground shipment should take longer than 4 days. 2 to 3 day air shipping and overnight air shipping are also available.
