Download Soon after you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing an AUTHORIZATION CODE and instructions to download your product from our website. There is no additional shipping charge for download delivery. Priority Mail (US only)/Global Priority Mail (Canada & Mexico only) Priority Mail shipment of your product on CD is available to customers in the US, and Global Priority Mail is available to customers in Canada and Mexico. Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail shipment costs an additional $12. Shipping time is estimated at 3-5 business days, but the delivery date is not guaranteed. UPS Next Day Air UPS Next Day Air shipment of your product on CD is available to customers in the US only for an additional charge of $25. Delivery is guaranteed for the next business day. Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday
