Shipping & handling is calculated based on the order subtotal. Costs are not factored in when calculating sales tax for orders shipped to Missouri addresses. Note: Shipments to International and locations outside the Continental US will be charged actual freight to be applied at the time of shipment. Please see below for more information on US Domestic rates.
