What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are listed at the end of the order submission. If you want to know shipping charges, we will defer you to our online ordering process. We ask that you place an order, and at the end you will receive a full total, with shipping. To delete the inquiry order, simply close out of the session. Or go ahead and place the order, you can cancel this order at anytime, up until the order has been paid for. Orders submit for production only after paid for in full. Orders place automatically delete from our system if not paid for within one week of placing the order.
You only pay for the actual shipping amount that the shipping carrier charges us for. This will be determined by the shipping method of your choosing, and the weight, size, and destination of the package(s). Shipping will be added after the order has been packed and weighed. Once your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with the shipping charges, order total, and tracking number(s). Usually, domestic shipping charges will cost around 10-15% of the order total for general items such as jewelry and accessories. For mannequins, domestic shipping will cost between $20-$60 each depending on which state it is being shipped to.

We are proud to offer International shipping, the shipping charges depend on the Size of the picture, the Framing type and also Country you are residing in. During the order process, please state which Country you are ordering from and the selection module will calculate the cost accordingly. If you order a GenePortrait piece without a frame, it will be rolled up in a secure tube and delivery times will be less. (Please note: We cannot assure that there will or will be excise and duty charges at your local customs office.
