What are the shipping and processing charges for furniture and large rugs?

Because furniture and large rugs cost more to ship than our other merchandise, a surcharge has been added to our regular shipping and processing charge of 5% for items over $401. This additional amount appears in parentheses after the size in the pull-down menu. Please note that our furniture charges include a “white glove service,” which covers pre-arranged delivery, placement and assembly of furniture, as well as removal of all packaging. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
