What are the shipping and handling charges?
Straightline has made special arrangements with certain sellers wherein there is no shipping and handling charges. However for few products the shipping and handling charges will be applicable. The same would be calculated by the system depending upon the nature of the product. The charges will be displayed to you before the payment confirmation step. The shipping and handling charges would be applicable to an individual item despite of the delivery address being the same. The details of applicability of shipping charges would be mentioned in the product details page.
Shipping and Handling charges are 20% of your total order. Hence for example, a two piece suit from our classic collections at USD 170 is only USD 34 in shipping and handling costs and a shirt at USD 35 is only USD 7 shipping and handling. Our logistics contractors are the international courier M/S TNT WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. Delivery is door to door. In instances where orders have been placed using off-site purchase modes like our auction promotions, emailed promotions or through other similar promotional means, shipping and handling costs are 20% of the total order calculated on regular prices according to the appropriate categories unless otherwise indicated. Please keep in mind that a two peice suit weighs about 1.5-2.5 kgs and a cotton shirt is at least .5 kgs and each pair of pants weighs about .5-1 kg.. We may from time to time, use other couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and others.
RavisTailor does not charge any shipping and handling charges for orders above US$ 75. Smaller orders under $75 do have a small micro-shipment charge of $12 only.
