What are the shifts & what does a typical work week look like?

Counselors and program directors work Monday through Friday, full time. The earliest shift begins at 6:30am and the latest goes until 6:00pm. Three weeks of the summer are sleepover weeks, so staff will be required to work at least of the sleepovers (Thursday evenings to Friday mornings).
