Setbacks vary depending on Zone District requirements. In most of the Zones, setbacks are as follows: Front = 30’; Side = 10’; Rear = 20’. In Residential and Mobile Home Zones, the Side setback is 5’. In the Business Zone, Side setback can be 0’ if there is no adjacent residential use or public right-of-way and if no roof drainage goes to the side yard. In all Zones, there is a 30’ setback from any body of water for water quality.
