WHAT ARE THE SET-UP AND SCREEN FEES?
The set-up, screen fees, plate charges, etc. are the costs involved in creating the artwork and/or original tooling to produce your product. These charges may also be referred to as scan fees, engraving fees, digitizing fees, or by many other terms depending on the application. Usually, in about 95% of the instances, these fees are a “one time only” charge, applied only to your fist order of that item. For re-orders of a particular product, (with no changes), you will generally not encounter these fees again. If, however, you need to make changes, you will need to create new artwork and/or tooling and may encounter these fees again. While set-up fees of one kind or another are almost always applicable, we at The Marketing Store have waived them on most of our Special Product offers available from this website, when purchased via the Internet.
