What are the services offered by the Arbitration Center of the CCL?
All the services required for the adequate conduction and organization of arbitration proceedings. They include the appointment of arbitrators when the parties request it so, the processing of the writs and notices referred to an arbitration proceeding, organization and assistance to the arbitrators during the hearings, development of studies and reports, in addition to proposals for the improvement of the alternative mechanisms for the resolution of disputes. Those services also include the online docket follow-up system which allows the parties and arbitrators for checking in real time, through the Internet, the status of their proceedings, as well as an adequate infrastructure for the development of the arbitration proceeding.
