What are the service charges levied by APOnline?
APOnline doesn’t levy any charges on customer as par as the payment services are concerned. • What are the services charges levied by Bank? Most of the payment gateways available with APOnline does not charge any service charges on the customers. Where are for credit card uses the same is applicable where the customer is liable to pay the additional amount for making any payments. This charge will be shared between acquiring bank and issuing bank as per the GO. • If my people pay my Bill in this Month Do I get any alert? APOnline will be sending alerts to the citizens who are register customers of APOnline. • If the Bill amount is deducted from my Bank and the Payment is failed due to net failure, How Do I get my Payment done? If the failure is happening at payment gateway level, the amount will be refunded to the customers soon. In that case for such failure of transactions citizen can still redo the payment transaction part after verifying your transactions details in “My Transaction
