Profile Manager Basic will run on any kind of web server that supports Perl/CGI. It will run on UNIX, Linux, Windows or Mac based systems. If your server is Windows IIS, you will not be able to use members-only protected directory feature since IIS does not support htaccess-like directory password protection. It creates and manages its own text based database files, so no external database application is needed.
