What are the “Self-Scheduled” Table Top session on Friday, April 21?
Many members and preferred suppliers have told us that there are certain companies they want to meet with for longer than 20 minutes. In addition, there are always companies that don’t make your official appointment schedule that you would like to meet with. As a result of this input, we have restructured the conference to provide a four-hour block of time on Friday morning you may use to schedule longer meetings or meetings with companies that didn’t make your “office-scheduled” appointment list. There are a total of 31 meeting slots of 20 minutes each that the Evergreen office will schedule on Wednesday and Thursday. The four-hour time block on Friday morning is your responsibility and you must schedule Friday morning sessions on your own. We advise you to schedule your longer meetings immediately to ensure you get to see who you want.
