The Halter USX China Index is comprised of companies whose common stock is publicly traded in the United States and the majority of whose business is conducted within the People’s Republic of China. For a company to be included in The Halter USX China Index, it must be listed on the NYSE or Nasdaq and have an average market capitalization of at least $50 million for the preceding 40 trading days.
