What are the security features on MissionLink?
Your Security is our top priority In November 2006, Mission Fed introduced a new security feature in MissionLink Online Banking that will help protect your account from cyber-thieves. After you log in to MissionLink using your account number or User ID and password, you will be prompted to select and provide answers to FIVE security questions, such as your pet’s name, the state in which you were born, etc. If your account is joint, it is important to select questions with answers that you and any joint member will know. The information you enter will be stored for future use to help confirm your identity. These security questions add another layer of protection to your account against fraudulent users. Remember, Mission Federal will never contact you via email or telephone to change your security questions, update your answers, or ask for any passwords or account numbers.
