What are the scopes of anthropology?
When I was studying it, the discipline was broken down into three sub-disciplines: Prehistory, Linguistics and Sociology. However, there will be many who will break it down differently or into finer areas or research eg many academic programs following this approach take a “four-field” approach to anthropology that encompasses physical anthropology, archeology, linguistics, and cultural anthropology or social anthropology.
