Ans . There are following schemes:- I. Grant-in-aid for upgradation of standards of undergraduate colleges. II. Grant-in-aid for establishment of postgraduate colleges. III. Re-orientation training program for upgradation of skills and knowledge of Teachers, Practitioners & Researchers. IV. Extra Mural Research Projects. V. Cultivation of Medicinal Plants Scheme VI. Drug standardisation research programme. VII. Upgradation of pharmacies/manufacturing units. VIII. Upgradation of drug testing laboratory. IX. To co-ordinate with Re-production & Child Health (RCH Programme) under the Department of Family Welfare, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
