What are the scales of the B5W miniatures and are they to scale with each other?
We chose to design our miniatures in three scales: fighters, capital ships, and bases. Within each scale category, any ship or unit should be to scale with any other unit. For example, the Minbari war cruiser would be scaled properly if compared to a Centauri battlecruiser, but a Starfury would be much larger than it should be next to either of these. Why did we do this? Because otherwise, a Starfury would be no bigger than a pinhead, and Babylon 5 would take up most of a tabletop! In any case, you will find the fighters about 1″ to 1.25″ long (or wide), capital ships between 3″ and 4″ long/wide/tall, and bases approximately 6″ long or so.
