What are the safety rules concerning the Riverwalk?
Except for strollers and authorized service vehicles, only foot traffic is allowed on the Riverwalk. Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, and all motorized vehicles are prohibited. Parents should keep their children away from the edge of the lower walks, off the railings, and away from the banks of the waterways. Swimming also is prohibited in the waterways along the Riverwalk. Riverwalk walkways can become treacherous during rainy, snowy weather or construction. Please use extra caution.
