What are the rules to obtaining British Dual Citizenship?
Okie dokie your dad is British by birth. You are British by Descent if you are born in wedlock and your dad still had his British citizenship at the time of your birth (highly likely as very few Brits renounced their citizenship when they received their Australian). If this is you then you are British by Descent.
