What are the rules that must be followed so that I can receive RIP money in 2010?
Since our racing program is set up to distribute cash and gift certificates to the riders at the end of the year, we must clarify these rules upfront so you know exactly what is expected of you if you wish to participate in our racing program. These rules also let you know the deadlines to get your results submitted to be counted for the end of the year awards party. The total amount given to the racers will be determined by the racing board committee and after all yearly team expenses, sponsor and travel expenses any other outstanding bills that the team may still owe have been paid. The board will then allocate “X” amount of funds and this amount will then be divided up amongst the riders. Riders who participate in more races and place well will receive a higher share of the RIP fund. The program has been set up to encourage race participation.
