It is the duty of the administrator, the Official Receiver, the liquidator or the administrative receiver to send a report to the Secretary of the State. The report includes an overview on the conduct of the members of the office present during the last 3 years of the LLP. It is also the duty of the Secretary to take the decision that whether the disqualification order to be taken against a member is for public good or not.
