You must hold a Microsoft software license for the product(s) which you enroll in Upgrade Advantage. This license can be an Open License, FPP, MLP, or OEM license. You may then enroll as many of your licenses in Upgrade Advantage as you choose. Upgrade Advantage features a simplified pricing model of one price for one SKU regardless of when, during the agreement period, you order. Upgrade media can be obtained through your reseller.
