What are the rules for naming and shaming?
The explicit “naming and shaming” of individuals or companies is not permitted for the following reasons: • To avoid false and malicious naming and shaming • To avoid libellous posts • To avoid tit for tat posts, culminating in flame wars Experience has shown that the best way of preventing large numbers of a particular type of post, is to not allow ANY of that type of post. This is not a policy of censorship but self preservation. While well meaning attempts to expose the weirdos, deadbeats and con artists who prey on the adult entertainment industry are appreciated, EGAFD possesses neither the resources, nor the inclination, to be dealing with the inevitable threats of legal action that will follow such posts. Consequently, the naming of specific individuals and companies will result in the offending post being removed.
