What are the rules for calling “Seatback”?
Seatback is a very similar game to Shotgun. You call Seatback when you vacate any seat temporarily and want to keep that seat when you return. For example, let’s imagine you are sitting in a comfortable couch watching the Super Bowl. You get hungry and need to get up for a snack, but you don’t want someone else you snatch up your seat when you leave. So you call Seatback right after you stand up which grants you five minutes of automatic seat retention. If you were to forget to call Seatback or take more than five minutes to return, then anyone else may steal the prime couch seat from you. As you can imagine, the rules for calling Seatback are as complicated as the rules for calling Shotgun. We’re writing and designing a new site, www.SeatbackRules.com, that will detail the correct way to call Seatback. Check back soon for updates on our progress!
