What are the rules and what is the cost to rent the Windchime Clubhouse?

Clubhouse at Windchimes is available for use by all residents and for conducting Windchime business. It can be rented by owners looking for a great venue to host a private party or special event. A $75.00 Clubhouse rental fee will be charged if any resident (or group of residents) wants to use the clubhouse for a private by-inviation only party or special event. There is no charge if the clubhouse is to be used for a meeting or party that is open to all Windchime Residents. Dates must be booked in advance to avoid conflicts. Please Note: Clubhouse rental does not include exclusive use of the pool. Residents can call Alice Eld at 508-477-7637 to reserve your date!
