What are the Rules and Regulations Regarding the Carriage of Passengers on Patient Beds?
Passengers traveling on patient beds may not board the aircraft without a physician’s report and unattended. Attendants should be adults who possess the skills to tend to the requirements of the passenger during the flight. Our company does not provide an additional attendant for such passengers. A report prepared in both Turkish and English languages stating the type of illness they have and that there is no obstacle for them to travel by airplane is requested from ill passengers in order for them to board the aircraft. Other reports in languages apart from Turkish and English languages are not accepted unless they are certified by a Public Notary. The dates of the reports must not be older than 10 days.
