What are the rules and regulations for University of Kent students at Chaucer College?
The rules and regulations for University of Kent students resident at Chaucer College are based upon the UoK rules for on-campus college accommodation with some amendments owing to the need to conform to Japanese, rather than Western, norms. You will be sent a copy of the Chaucer College Accommodation Handbook with your offer of accommodation. Please take time to review the rules and regulations before accepting accommodation at Chaucer College. As the accommodation offered is strictly single-sex, one ‘golden rule’ is that under NO circumstances should a male resident or male visitor enter a female students dormitory, or vice versa. Failure to observe this regulation will result in the cancellation of your accommodation agreement and you will be required to leave the College.
