If a fence is placed within twenty-five (25) feet of the street right-of-way it shall not be more than forty-two (42) inches in height. Barbed wire, electrical and single, double and triple strand fences are prohibited in residential district unless used in a protective fence. A fence cannot be placed where it will obstruct the vision of any traffic sign or driveway approach to street or intersections and not in any easements.
