Nail clippers are fine in either your carry-on or checked luggage. Razor blades are fine in either checked bags or carry-on luggage as long as they are the safety razors in cartridges that most people use, rather than straight razors. All liquids/gels/aerosols in your carry-on luggage have to follow the TSA’s 3-1-1 rule. They must be in containers no larger than 3.4 oz and all containers must fit in a single 1-qt. ziploc bag. Some common exceptions include: prescription and over-the-counter medications (which must be declared to the TSA agent) and baby formula. The 3-1-1 rule doesn’t apply to things in your checked luggage.
