Swimming pools are allowed as long as they are not stationary and kept full or left with water overnight. Plastic and some vinyl pools are acceptable. Every pool must be emptied every night and turned over to dry out. Left with water, pools are breading grounds for mosquitoesand nourishmentfor rats and raccoons. Fines are imposed on those for those violating this rule.
