What are the rules about bringing outside food on-campus? Do I have to use ECI?
Also a qualified yes: our contract with TCC names us as the district’s designated food service provider; as such, we have the right of first refusal on any food service provided for on-campus events. With that said, however, we are sensitive to the budgetary constraints of departments, clubs and individuals, and are more than happy to work with event coordinators on these issues to come to a mutually satisfying arrangement.
