What are the royalties and advertising contributions?
• Royalty fees are 9% of the gross receipts of the center • In the event that the weekly royalty fees and advertising contributions are postmarked before midnight Monday for the previous week’s business and submitted with the required statements, the royalty fee payable shall be reduced to eight percent (8%) of gross receipts, provided Franchisee is current as of the date of payment with all weekly royalty fees, advertising contributions and any other monies due MAACO.
