What are the ROW impacts to residences and businesses?
A goal of the design is to have no “full takes” (home or business relocations) along Eagle River Loop Road. The current design requires a single “partial take” (no relocation of occupants). Should any additional right of way or utility easement acquisition become necessary, the project team will contact the property owners.
