What are the routes for hand carry mail delivery?
Hand carry mail is delivered on two separate routes. The first route each day is the Campus route and covers Presbyterian Hospital as well as other University and/or Health System offices between 30th and Market Street and 42nd & Pine Streets. The second route each day is the Hospital route and covers HUP, VA Hospital, Nursing Education Building, and CHOP locations. Bulk Mailings How do I handle bulk mailings? Bulk mailings are defined as five or more large, heavy pieces or 100 or more standard-sized pieces. For assistance in sending our your mailing, please contact the Mail Center for separate pick up. If you are sending out a bulk mailing, all the items should be in mail tubs which the Mail Center will provide. If the mail is not in a tub, Penn Mail Service will not pick it up. Please remember that all bulk mailings must be bundled in this way.
