What are the round trip expenses?
Round trip expenses include: roundtrip air fare for three from Austin, TX; excess baggage cost (if any); we need to be met upon arrival with one vehicle for 8-9 road cases (65 lbs. each), and one vehicle for the 3 performers; all ground transportation expenses; three hotel rooms; and an expense account of $300.00 to $400.00 to cover food, gratuities, parking or any out of pocket expenses for the three performers. The expense account covers all expenses for three people for three days. We provide receipts whenever possible. If we spend less than the expense account, the sponsor pays less. If we go over the expense account, we cover any overcharges.
